Sparx IT Solutions Launches Free Covid-19 Vaccination Drive For Its Professionals & Their Dependents

We have put a particular emphasis on its approach to deal with the healthcare-related challenges faced by professionals working with them. We ensured laying off no one when Coronavirus was at its peak and companies were facing financial downfalls.

In this sequence, the free vaccination drive is an initiative taken by us to help everyone associated with them vaccinate themselves and their dependents. We have taken such initiatives in the past as well. For instance, We had launched a Startup Care Fund where we allocated $100K and offered free digital marketing services to help enterprises facing issues in engaging new customers.

In another instance of our proactive & precautionary approach for dealing with healthcare issues, the company made it mandatory for every professional to avail health insurance policy.

We had launched mental fitness activities to keep their professionals mentally fit.
